An outdoor activity centre offering activities such as laser tag, archery, axe throwing and climbing will be opening this month.
Frome Laser Tag and Adventure Centre will be opening near Frome on Saturday 27th July, and being launched by Wiltshire Outdoor Learning Team (WOLT) in partnership with Lilley’s Cider.
“Laser tag is an exhilarating activity that offers families, friends and groups a unique blend of fun, excitement, and teamwork,” says a spokesperson for WOLT. “Unlike traditional indoor games, outdoor laser tag allows participants to engage in thrilling battles in natural settings, making the experience even more immersive.
“The mission is simple – win by shooting the enemy. You are equipped with a laser gun that can shoot up to 100 metres! This range allows for dynamic and strategic gameplay, making every session thrilling and competitive. We run a variety of games to keep everyone engaged and active. Our games are designed to challenge and entertain participants of all skill levels. Each game session is carefully supervised to ensure safety and fair play.
“Other activities that will also be available on site include: • Archery – develop your skills on our range with our Archery GB instructors on our 10m archery range • Axe throwing – try several types of axes, instructor(s) will coach you through successful throwing techniques • Climbing wall – 10-minute climbing session on our 7.2 metre climbing wall.”
