WESTBURY residents of all ages can help make the town a safer and tidier place for all to enjoy, by joining a litter pick this weekend.
The event, organised by Westbury Town Council, will cover the areas around Oldfield Park and volunteers are advised to wear appropriate footwear and clothing.
Rubbish bags, litter pickers, and hi-vis waistcoats will be provided and participants are asked to bring gloves if they would like to wear them, any equipment they have, and, of course, people power
Litter pickers will meet at the One Stop Shop at 10am on Saturday 31st October. In accordance with Government guidelines social distancing measures will be in place.
