Local accountancy firm, Gooding Accounts are celebrating after being named as one of five finalists in the Employer of the Year category at the UK-wide Accounting Excellence Awards. The awards showcase the very best of the accountancy sector, highlighting the achievements of forward-thinking firms and individuals.
Founder and partner Sam Gooding said, “We’re thrilled to have been shortlisted for the Employer of the Year Award for the second year in a row. The awards panel were impressed by Gooding Accounts’ dedication to building and maintaining a positive workplace culture which spans all three of their offices in Warminster, Westbury & Melksham.

The practice’s training strategy was highlighted as being key to their continued growth, with trainees mentored to complete qualifications through an internal training scheme and senior leaders being offered regular business coaching sessions to support their development.
