SCHOOLS across the local area recently took part in the West Wiltshire Schools Sports Partnership Dance Festival at The Bath Forum on Tuesday 6th February.
The festival sees 48 performances from primary, secondary and special schools across West Wilts, including Bratton Primary School, Westbury Leigh Primary, Matravers, Dilton Marsh Primary and Westbury Juniors.
A Bratton Primary School spokesperson said, “Our talented dancers from KS2 attended the Dance Festival at The Bath Forum! The Festival is a highlight of the year, with 48 performances from primary, secondary, and special schools across West Wilts, performing in front of a packed audience of over 500 people.
“This year’s theme was ‘Lights, Camera, Action! and the Bratton dancers certainly put on a show. Their routine, which Mrs Janman has been coaching the children on over the past few months, was polished, professional and the packed audience loved it. Well done to everyone who took part.”
