LOCAL charity helper, Michelle Bateman, has recently made a donation of four boxes of toiletries to Westbury’s Crosspoint charity. Chairman of the charity, Len Clift, collected the boxes from her home in Westbury.
Michelle’s registered carer, Richard Dredge said, “Michelle gave up her treats to buy the huge amount of toiletries for the needy, which included shower and bath gels, deodorant, shampoo, hair products, tooth paste and brushes,bars of soap, shaving foam, packets of facial wipes, body lotions, children’s wipes and bubble bath.
“I have known Michelle, who is registered blind with poor vision, for 25 years and she is generous, kind and caring, she has got a good heart.”
Richard added that Michelle helps everyone wherever she goes and continues donating food and treats for rescued dogs,
