Matravers School received a donation from the Westbury Rotary Club recently towards the purchase of new microphones for the upcoming school musical.
Mr Griffiths, head of music said, “The discrete microphones will enable performers to move freely around the stage without worrying about loose cables, so they can focus on their performance.”
The school said, “Mr Griffiths and Mrs Phillips welcomed Mr. Perkins from the Westbury Rotary Club to receive the very generous donation. We look forward to seeing and hearing the microphones in use very soon!
“Matravers School has an outstanding track record of delivering superb musical productions. The next major school production will be in December in the Matravers Theatre.
