THE Inner Wheel Club of Westbury welcomed new member Helen Slay at their February meeting. The club is encouraging others that may be interested in joining the Inner Wheel to get in touch.
The club says, “At our February meeting president Julie Street formally inducted new member Helen Slay into the club and she was warmly welcomed by all those present.
“Anyone who is interested in finding out what we do are most welcome to come along to our meetings which are held on the first Thursday of the month at the Leigh Park Community Centre at 12.15pm. As well as our meetings we raise money for local, national and international charities. We also have coffee mornings, lunches and hold a monthly book club.
Upcoming events
“We have several upcoming events; they include the Easter Egg Hunt on 23rd March at Grassacres Park and the quiz on the 19th April at Leigh Park Community Centre. More details of these events will be released nearer the time. All are welcome to attend.
