A COUPLE who opened their garden to the public last month have raised over £650 for the charity, Revival – Wiltshire Rape and Sexual Abuse Centre this month.
Colin Little and Penny Stirling opened their garden, Beggars Knoll Chinese Garden, on Saturday 8th July and raised £604 plus £50 from a raffle.
A spokesperson from Revival said, “A huge thank you to Colin Little and Penny Stirling for opening their beautiful garden to raise funds for Revival.
“We would also like to thank Barbara for arranging the event together with John, their family and friends, your support is very much appreciated.
“The welcome was friendly, the cakes were amazing, the atmosphere was relaxing and the garden is very impressive with gorgeous trees and shrubs, vibrant colours and shady nooks.
“All in all, a fantastic afternoon.”
