HEYWOOD Parish Council is inviting residents to view the first draft of its Neighbourhood Plan next week.
A Neighbourhood Plan will give the people living in the parish the opportunity to create a plan that allows them to develop planning policies that reflect the priorities of their area.
The parish council will be asking residents for their views on the document in order to move forward in finalising the plans for the town. The first meeting will be at Heywood and Hawkeridge Village Hall on Wednesday 5th February from 6pm for those residents living in the Heywood and Hawkeridge areas.
The second meeting will be on Friday 7th February in the Venom nightclub from 6pm for residents in the Storridge Road/ The Ham/ Hawkeridge Park areas.
