Artwork from pupils at Westbury Junior School is now on display in the Phone Box Gallery located in the Market Place.
Year 4 students have contributed to the exhibition with a mixed media project themed ‘Lost in Space’. The gallery also features artwork from Year 3 pupils, who explored an ‘Earthworks’ theme inspired by land artist Andy Goldsworthy.
A spokesperson from Westbury Junior School said, “It looks amazing and Westbury Town Council have done a brilliant job organising this and creating such a lovely space and a feeling of celebration of the creative arts in our town!”
Westbury Town Council, who adopted the K6 red kiosk Phone Box in the Market Place in 2018 and converted it into a gallery. The gallery has showcased a variety of artwork, contributed by local schools and artists, with displays regularly updated.
