WILTSHIRE Police are investigating an incident of arson in Westbury.
The incident happened shortly after 4.00pm on Friday 4th March at the disused toilet block in Grassacres Park behind the police station, and was spotted by an off duty police officer.
PCSO Matoyizi Katsande is appealing for witnesses. He said, “The building was heavily damaged internally and although not in use at this time, I would like to stress the dangers of entering disused buildings like this.
“We are investigating the incident and have carried out house-to-house enquiries.
“We would like to hear from anybody who saw or heard anything suspicious in the area between 3.30pm and 5.00pm on the day. Please call 101 with any information.”
