Pub celebrates another year of excellence

THE Horse and Groom in Westbury has been awarded the coveted Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence for the third year running.

The award underlines the ambition of consistency which owner Bob Musker set out to achieve when he took over the closed-down pub.

Bob said, “It’s a great testament to the staff who have worked hard on delivering a consistant level of hospitality.”

Trip Advisor is the world’s largest travel site and it enables consumers to leave reviews about hotels, restaurants and more, in order to help other customers make better choices.

The Certificate of Excellence is awarded to hospitality businesses that deliver consistently great service, which the Horse and Groom has managed to achieve for the last three years.
