PUB owners, Sue and Julian Ashford, who took over The Railway Inn, are celebrating their first anniversary with a celebration party, where all are welcome.
Sue Ashford left a career in the care industry to take on her dream of owning her own pub supported by her husband Julian, who continues his career as a freight train driver as well as joining Sue in helping be the driving force behind the business.
Their aim was for The Railway Inn to become a true community pub with something for all the family. A year on they have hosted various charitable events, including raising money for the Bradley Lowery Foundation, and Westbury Youth Club and provided the town with live music events and karaoke nights.
They will be celebrating with a 1st anniversary party on Saturday 18th August where special guests and local favourites Cley Hill Stompers will be performing. They will also be providing a finger buffet with all welcome to join.
For more information, call the pub on 01373 228109, visit their website at www.railwayinn-westbury. co.uk or email them on info@railwayinn-westbury .co.uk
