THERE’S non-stop entertainment at Melksham Assembly Hall in the coming weeks.
On Sunday 17th February, the Assembly Hall will launch its new monthly roller disco. Organisers say, “After having an amazing response to our New Year roller disco we’ve decided to bring it to Melksham every month starting in February!
“We are putting this on in collaboration with Toe Jam Roller, starting on Sunday 17th February we’ll be having a roller disco on every third Sunday of the month.
“The times are: 2.30pm-4.00pm and 4.30pm-6.00pm. Tickets are £5 which includes skate hire and safety equipment.”
On Friday 8th March, American comedian Rich Hall – who is best known for his many TV appearances on shows such as ‘Have I Got News For You’ and ‘QI’ – brings his critically-acclaimed new show to the Assembly Hall.
More recently, his BBC Four documentaries – ‘Rich Hall’s Countrier Than You’ and ‘Rich Hall’s Presidential Grudge Match’ – and his BBC Radio 4 series ‘Rich Hall’s (US Election) Breakdown’, have built him a new legion of followers.
Tickets cost £7.
The performance of comedy show ‘Trumped – Funding the Wall Tour’ scheduled for Friday 22nd February has been cancelled. If you bought your tickets through the Assembly Hall directly then please call them on 01225709887.
Also coming up at the Assembly Hall, crowds will be entertained by Purple Zeppelin – The Ultimate Rock Tribute Show.
