A VACANCY has arisen for a town council representative for the Westbury North Ward following the resignation of Aminiasi Katonivualiku.
a request for an election to fill the vacancy needs to be made in writing to the returning officer at the address below by 10 electors from the parish of Westbury (Westbury North Ward), by 28th February.
If 10 requests are not made, the vacancy will be filled by co-option.
If an election is called, it will take place not later than 8th May.
Requests should be sent to Dr Carlton Brand, returning officer, electoral services, Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 8JN.
