AROUND 50 Christmas trees, sponsored and decorated by charities, schools, pre-schools, groups and businesses in the town, will be on display at this year’s Westbury Christmas Tree Festival.
The festival will be opened on Thursday 30th November evening at 6.30pm and will run until 4pm on Sunday 3rd December, ending with the Christingle Service at 4pm . Don’t forget to pop in to enjoy the magic of fairy light half-hour at the end of the day on the Friday and Saturday evenings. Musical entertainment is planned for all four days and there will be seasonal refreshments available and gifts for sale at the event.
The festival is open Thursday 6-9pm, Friday 10-8.30pm, Saturday 10-8.30pm and Sunday 11-4pm. There will also be Christmas stories in the life-sized stable on the Sunday afternoon, from 2-4pm, and children must be accompanied by an adult.
