A vintage vehicle gathering will be held in Bratton in May to mark the 75th anniversary of VE Day.
The event will be held at The Duke, Bratton, on Saturday 9th May, from 10am until 4pm.
One of the organisers, John Drewett, told White Horse News, “For the anniversary of VE Day, we will have on display vehicles from the war outside the pub. In the garden we will have a marquee with vintage tools and engines on display.
“And the landlord of The Duke has asked us to decorate the pub with camouflage and sandbags – so stepping into the pub for a pint will feel like you are stepping into an old wartime bunker.”
