WESTBURY Library is looking for volunteers for its Home Library Service.
The Home Library Service is for Wiltshire residents who want to read or listen to library books but have problems getting to their local library. This may be because of a disability, frailty, ill health or a short-term need as a result of an operation.
If you have time to spare, like books and reading and have a friendly, outgoing personality please get in touch with Westbury Library. Volunteers usually select and deliver the books to library customers on a regular basis, though this can be arranged between the individual and the volunteer.
All volunteers have an enhanced disclosure check and the service is free of charge. If you know of any people who require the Home Library Service, please also get in touch. For more information please contact Westbury Library on 01373 822294.
