Grants totalling almost £4,000 were agreed by Westbury area board last week.
Projects that got the thumbs up ranged from the purchase of a tuba for Bratton Silver Band to a projector for the local U3A group. Also approved was funding for the Westbury Music and Arts festival to purchase lighting, a ticket machine and a laptop.
