A TEAM from Suave in Westbury recently triumphed over the adventure challenge ‘Tough Mudder’ event, enduring a course and obstacles designed by the Special Forces.
Described as ‘probably the toughest event on the planet,’ Tough Mudder events are 12-mile long obstacle courses which test the all-round strength, stamina, mental grit, and camaraderie of teams.
The event also raises money for Help for Heroes.
The team from Suave, the coffee shop and wine bar in Warminster Road, travelled to the Black Mountains of Wales in Powys last month to take on the challenge. The course involved ice, fire, and even electric shocks – and a ‘hefty dose of mud’ as well. The whole team completed the course in 3 hours and 10 minutes.
