A LOCAL teenager has been arrested in connection with an armed robbery at the petrol station in Yarnbrook last month.
A 17 year-old man from Westbury was arrested and released on bail in connection with the robbery, in which a masked man wielding what appeared to be a handgun demanded money from the cashier.
The robbery took place on the night of Tuesday 15th March, and police were called at 11.55pm. The man, who wore a balaclava and dark clothing, made off with cash and left on foot.
A 25 year-old man from Trowbridge has also been arrested and bailed pending further enquiries.
