Goalkeeper Mark Bowden commented, “An unbelievable season with an outstanding club & group of lads. My 21st in senior football, my most enjoyable & consistent. 36 apps, couple of MOTMs, Player of the Month, 16 clean sheets & promotion isn’t a bad return. Can’t wait for next season, we’re not done yet.”
Club chairman Greg Coulson said, “The evening was a great success. This was the first time we have had the awards presentation at The Laverton; it gave us the opportunity to invite sponsors, fans and family members so we could thank them all for their support. Simon, Laura and their team were excellent throughout the evening and the feedback about the food and service was excellent.
“I’d like to extend the thank you to anyone who couldn’t make it to the event, we’ve got a massive season coming up and everyone who sponsors and supports us have been a massive part of the journey so far.”
