Westbury WI held their Harvest Supper meeting on Thursday 15th October at the Chalford House Hotel.
There was no speaker as this was a purely social event. An excellent buffet was followed by a quiz that taxed the minds of all present.
The club has seen a welcome influx of new members over the course of the year, and if you would like to join us please contact our secretary Pauline Hawthorne on tel: 01373 823865. We meet every month (apart from August) on the third Thursday at 7.00pm at the Chalford House. Our next meeting will be on Thursday 19th November when Verity Scott will be talking about lace. After that, the next event will be a Christmas dinner on Wednesday 2nd December at 7.00pm.
