Cycle Wiltshire is coming to Salisbury on the weekend of Saturday 9th May, and will feature the Wiltshire Cycle Sportive on the Saturday and an elite Grand Prix race on the Sunday.
Community Area Manager Sally Hendry said, “This is a great opportunity to see some of the best cyclists in the country tackle a course around Wilton, or get involved yourself.
“Why not take advantage of the beautiful weather, bring the family along and sign up for one of these fun, friendly, free rides!”
20, 64 and 100 mile routes are available on the Saturday. Throughout the week leading up to the Cycle Wiltshire weekend there will be other rides scheduled for people to take part in Chippenham, Trowbridge, Devizes, Westbury and Salisbury. These are all aimed at relative beginners or those looking to build confidence on a bike.
Places are limited and are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
