For a number of years, Providence Chapel has been hosting a Remembrance Evening each November in association with Dilton Marsh Historical Society.
This year’s event will be on Thursday 7th at 7.30pm. There will be a special emphasis on the 75th Anniversary of D-Day and Operation Market Garden, the Bridge too Far.
Everyone is welcome (there’s no charge for entry) and if you have items that would be of interest, please feel free to bring them along. Pastor Guy Davies will also be speaking and refreshments will be provided afterwards. www. pbc-ebc.org.uk
Remembrance in Yarnbrook
Yarnbrook village remembrance Service will be held on Sunday 10th November, 3pm.
The service at Yarnbrook Chapel will include wreath laying and a reading of the names of the fallen with a two minutes silence.
