THE White Horse News ‘Cutest Pet’ competition returned this year, crowning a two-year-old pocket American bully as the winner.
Hundreds of votes came in across all entries and the lucky winner of a special pet hamper, courtesy of Westbury-based company Furever Friends, was pocket American bully, Bear.
102 pets in Westbury battled it out to be crowned the cutest pet, but it was Bear, owned by Tara Donnelly and her family, who stole the hearts of White Horse News’ readers.
“Bear is super happy that he won the Westbury cutest pet competition,” said Tara. “He will definitely enjoy tucking into his treats! Bear is super soppy and very friendly, and he came all the way from Romania when he was five months old. He has a life of luxury, and he can always be found on the bed and sofa! He is loved around Westbury.
“Thank you so much to Megan from Furever Friends for donating the hamper and White Horse News for organising the competition.”
Megan Barker from Furever Friends said, “It was great for Furever Friends to be able to support White Horse News’ Cutest Pet competition this year! Bear was a fantastic winner and I hope he enjoyed all the treats he received.”
