Garston Veterinary Group has organised a sponsored dog walk at Brokerswood Country Park to raise money for Guide Dogs for the Blind.
The event is taking place on Saturday 5th July at 11.00am.
Garston Vets have set themselves the mission of raising £5,000 in 18 months, which will enable them to sponsor a guide dog puppy, which will be named ‘Garston’.
A course will be designed for those wanting to take part, taking you through the picturesque woods and around the lake. For those not wanting to participate in the walk itself, Brokerswood will be open to the public for you to join in on the day and bring a picnic.
Brokerswood Country Park will be donating the entrance fees and any profit made in the café on Saturday 5th July to the Guide Dogs for the Blind.
