New monthly club nights are being launched at Venom nightclub in Westbury beginning with a Halloween Ball later this month.
The nights will be held on the last Saturday of each month, running from 9pm to 3am, and follow the success of last month’s Reflections, Oscars and Goldiggers Reunion, which attracted almost 1,300 people to the West Wilts Trading Estate venue.
The first event, The Halloween Ball, takes place on Saturday 31st October, with three rooms of commercial, club, dance and R&B sounds and “pure club vibes”. Fancy dress is optional with a £200 prize for the best-dressed person on the night.
“Following the fantastic response to the Reunion Night, we wanted to build on that and bring regular club nights back to Venom,” said one of the organisers, Barrie White.
“These monthly club nights will be a great night out with fantastic music and a brilliant atmosphere.
“The Halloween Ball is a great way to kick things off and we’d love to see people get their friends together, dress up for Halloween if they like, and come and enjoy what we’ve got planned.”
Tickets cost £5 online or £10 on the door and free minibus pick-ups will be available with local collection points to be confirmed. People can book seats by messaging Venom Nightclub through its Facebook or Instagram pages.
Further dates already announced include Rewind to the 90s on Saturday 28th November, featuring 90s décor, dance and club classics, and The Christmas Blowout on Saturday 19th December, with party anthems alongside commercial, club, dance and R&B music.
Event information and updates will be available through Venom Nightclub’s Facebook and Instagram pages.
Venom is based at 26a Quartermaster Road on the West Wilts Trading Estate, alongside the popular Players venue which offers a wide range of attractions for the local community including food and drink seven days a week, Sunday roasts, bingo, snooker and family events.
