WESTBURY United fell to a 2-0 defeat when they faced Bristol Manor Farm away last month.
Two minutes into the match, the warning signs for Westbury were there as Farm headed narrowly wide in front of the home crowd.
Despite a flurry of chances in and around the area, Farm found the breakthrough through an effort that flew past the White Horse Men defence to put the home side 1-0 ahead. The away side sought an equaliser, but the Farm ‘keeper did well to push the effort away from danger. This was followed by a cross that was converted by Farm, and the referee then drew the first half’s action to a close.
The White Horse Men couldn’t muster any clear-cut opportunities in the second half, as Manor Farm collected all three points.
