LOCAL company Bath Domestic Appliances recently won the ‘Total Excellence and Quality’ award at Domestic and General’s annual awards ceremony.
The family business based in Westbury Leigh was set up 25 years ago and during that time has opened a retail outlet in Bath. They specialise in sales and repairs of white goods and supply new, graded and reconditioned appliances.
Company director Dean Gooderson said, “We have worked for Domestic and General Insurance for 15 years so to win this award really means a great deal to us all.
“The award for Total Excellence and Quality in the service field is judged on customer surveys and we were marked on the service we provide from answering the first call, right to the end of the repair.
“The awards ceremony took place in a hotel in Birmingham which was fantastic. We were very well looked after with a three-course meal, drinks and evening entertainment from a magician.
“We are overwhelmed to have won the award and are very proud and our entire team deserve recognition for all their hard work.”
