Westbury produced their best performance for 10 matches but still slipped further towards the bottom of the table as they were completely out of luck at a chilly Hardenhuish.
United gave away a penalty that saw Chippenham take the lead before being denied a spot kick of their own, and then at 0-2 had a goal disallowed for offside.
That aside Luke Maine (their 8th goalkeeper of the season!) was at fault for Park’s 3rd and 4th goals which came either side of Simon Millard’s 11th strike of the season.
Millard, Mark Young and Jon Price were a constant threat to their hosts with all going close in the 1st half, before Dan Hurkett fouled Dan Smith at the other end with a penalty awarded which Philip Baker netted on 32.
After another pacy move Millard crossed to Nick Taylor who appeared to be pushed over inside the box but this time the referee said ‘no penalty’.
Westbury went close to equalising through Taylor and Josh Maguire early in the 2nd half, but Ryan Campbell, who had earlier hit the crossbar, put the hosts 2-0 up on 53 with a fine strike after a skilful run.
Young had the ball in the net 10 minutes later after fine play by Gary Tugwell and Millard, but he was adjudged to be offside and Chippenham made the points safe straight away when Maine fumbled Mark Robinson’s 18 yarder into the net.
Price did excellently to set up Millard for United’s goal on 66 and it took a superb save by Lewis Porter to prevent Young heading another goal soon after.
Maine saved very well from George Nash but was again at fault for the final goal on 78 when he allowed Aaron Ledgister’s low free kick to sneak past him.
