DUE to the snow, Holy Trinity Church, in Dilton Marsh, had to cancel their March event but are ready for this month’s coffee morning and table top sale on Saturday 7th April.
Sue Stanley for Holy Trinity Church said, “The aim of the Meet the Village morning is to give folk a chance to get together for a chat and meet up with friends and make new friends.
“Get some bargains or tasty treats from the table top sellers and those sellers can help our charity for the day by making a donation to the cause. This voluntary donation replaces the £5 charge from 2017. Amazing – a price decrease instead of all the usual increases!!
“In April, to coincide with the end of the season of Lent, our charity will be Christian Aid.
“Please spread the word that we need sellers, buyers and chatters!!! We will also have our Traidcraft stall on the morning.”
