THE Conservative Club have a host of events this festive period for members and guests to enjoy.
People Like Us, a semi-acoustic covers band, pictured, will help celebrate Christmas this year with their ‘Xmas silliness’ gig on Friday 17th December. The three-piece cover artists such as Metallica, The Kooks, Adele and Queen.
Santa is then coming to the club this month for the children’s Christmas party on Sunday 19th December, 3.30pm to 5.30pm.
There is a Christmas Jumper Day and Christmas Draw on Sunday, 26th December and a horse racing and golf day on Monday 27th December while the festive events will end with the New Year disco by Moore’s Beats on Friday 31st December.

The club also hosts a popular Sunday carvery. Served from 12noon – 2.30 pm, booking is essential and customers must book by the Thursday beforehand. Large plate is £8.95; small plate £6.95 (u12 years old & seniors) – Please note: staff will serve the carvery.
