WESTBURY Town Council has a vacancy for a co-opted councillor in the Westbury North Ward.
The council has enough councillors to legally perform its duties but would like to fill this vacancy.
The town council say, “Our councillors are the driving force behind all decisions that impact the town and there will be many meetings, events, and activities that you can be involved in.
“The role of a councillor is unpaid, but it is a rewarding role, and you can really make a difference to Westbury and its community. The only skills you require are a willingness to work hard for a better Westbury and be ready to represent its people.”
The deadline for the town council to receive your applications is Friday 27th January 2023.
If you are interested in this opportunity, please visit the town council website for more information or contact Deborah Urch, town clerk at info@westburytowncouncil.gov.uk, telephone 01373 822232.
