AS part of the Wylye Valley Art Trail, a group of five Wiltshire artists are hosting a free art exhibition in Dilton Marsh that also gives people the chance to have a go themselves.
The exhibition called ‘Focus on Five” will include paintings, mixed media work, original prints, plus jewellery and cards, by artists Jenny Ford, Jan Knight, Julia Leyden, Kerrie McNeil and Josephine Sumner.
There will be ongoing printmaking demonstrations using a printing press and for those that fancy having a go themselves, there is the opportunity to get hands on and try printmaking by booking a dry point workshop with Jenny Ford.
The Wylye Valley Art Trail is a nine-day festival of visual art and craft in and around the Wylye Valley, South Wiltshire. The Dilton Marsh group of artists is one of over 70 groups taking part in the event.
You can visit the exhibition from Saturday 27th May until Sunday 4th June. It is open from 10.30am until 5.30pm. Admission is free. To book a place on the dry point workshop please contact Jenny Ford on 01373 824113. More details about the trail can be found on the Wylye Valley website – www.wvat.co.uk
