Westbury Junior School year 3 children say they had a spectacular time at Morrisons recently, learning all about healthy food.
The trip was part of their ‘Food Glorious Food’ topic. The children learned about healthy food, where food comes from, and about how Morrisons try to source food locally.
Later in the trip, both classes had lots of fun choosing which toppings to put on their pizzas. When they got home, the children all had their pizzas for dinner.
Mrs Arnold, a teaching assistant at the school said, “It was an extremely exciting trip and the children had an opportunity to show their creative Master Chef abilities! We loved it!”
