A firm specialising in communications has taken space at a business centre in an industrial area of Westbury.
Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has successfully negotiated the letting of a 1,068 sq ft (99.22 sq m) unit at the Oakfield Business Centre, Northacre Industrial Park, on a six-year lease at a quoting price of £7,250 per annum.
Myddelton & Major senior surveyor Rachael Ward said, “The new tenant is independent telecommunications service provider Sovereign Communication Systems.
“Set up in 2003 and headquartered in Bowerhill, Melksham, the communications specialists supply, install and maintain business telephone systems for every type and size of client including the SME, corporate, education and health sectors.
“I am delighted to have helped facilitate their relocation in Westbury. The growth of communications companies is a sure yardstick that Wiltshire business is booming.”
Northacre Industrial Park is located on the south-western edge of Westbury. It lies directly opposite the established 174-acre West Wilts Trading Estate and near the town’s mainline railway station. Oakfield Business Centre was built in 2007.
Other occupiers at the park include The Royal Mail, United Milk, ALH Systems, Smart Fleet Solutions and Hills Group.
Myddelton & Major was named the most active agency in Wiltshire in 2015 for the fourth year running by Estates Gazette, the weekly and online magazine of the UK commercial property industry.
