THE Anson Group, based in Westbury, is growing and now offers plumbing and heating services alongside security and electrical.
Anson Security, Electrical, Plumbing and Heating provides state of the art, electrical and security services as well as industry qualified plumbing and heating services and products to commercial and domestic clients. They also fully fit new bathrooms, kitchens and undertake domestic building work.
Phil Hampson, one of three directors at Anson Group said, “We started the business four years ago and it was the two of us but as demand grew, so did the business and now we have eight engineers out on the road and office based staff.
“Despite the growth of the business, we have always maintained our reputation for providing a reliable service. Keeping our customers happy and maintaining a high standard is vital to the success of the business.
“We always have engineers on the road and our system allows us to track the vans so we know how far away they are from a job. A lot of the time we can get to you very quickly if it’s an emergency; we offer a genuine 24 hour service and so far, we’ve always managed to get an engineer out, certainly on the same day and often, much sooner than that.
“It’s exciting and things are going well. Expanding and growing the business has been has been a leap of faith but we are proud of the service we provide.”
