STUDENTS at Matra-vers School have presented a cheque for £629 to the Great Britain Rhythmic Gymnastics Team, which includes ex-student Francesca Fox.
Francesca Fox, who won bronze at the 2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi while she was studying at the school, visited Matravers to accept the cheque. She also showed a DVD of the team’s qualifying performance for the Olympics and talked about their training programme. She also demonstrated one of her disciplines, The Ribbon.
