Demand has increased for food boxes in Westbury since the third national lockdown started, but with a huge effort from volunteers, Westbury Town Council, individuals and businesses from across the town, organisers say they have coped well with increasing demand.
Currently based at the Crosspoint offices in the Market Place, the food project is delivering food boxes twice weekly to residents most in need of help. The team is always welcoming donations, with a specific need this month of sugar, UHT milk and washing powder.
Any donations can be made on Monday or Thursday mornings between 10.30am – 11.30am at the Crosspoint office at 1 Market Place.
