The anti-bullying ambassadors at Bitham Brook Primary School held an assembly on Wednesday 14th November to mark Anti-Bullying Week.
The theme of the assembly was ‘Show Respect’ and the children talked about how everyone is different, but that we all deserve each other’s respect. They said that children should be kind to one another.
Staff and children also marked the national ‘Odd Socks Day’ by wearing odd socks to school to celebrate how different we all are.
Headteacher David Ross said, “Bitham Brook is a welcoming, nurturing school, where we encourage children to talk about how they are feeling and to look after each other.
“I am very proud of the initiative shown by our ambassadors to support Anti-Bullying Week.”
