One of Westbury’s largest employers is inviting anyone interested in starting or changing their career to visit them at a special Open Day to be held on Wednesday 26th October.
With their headquarters and production facility tucked away on the West Wilts Trading Estate, Audience Systems actually employ over 100 people in a real range of roles – in sales, purchasing and project management, design, engineering, welding and fabrication, warehouse, woodshop, upholstery, IT, finance and HR. Not to mention teams of site service technicians and supervisors who travel throughout the UK and worldwide to install and service their products.
Audience Systems are a market leader in their field – designing, manufacturing and installing seats for venues such as the O2 Arena, Manchester Arena, The Royal Albert Hall and BBC TV Studios. Planning to build on recent success and grow the business, Audience Systems are keen to develop new talent. The open day forms part of an ongoing recruitment drive – with the company attending careers fairs, working with local schools and colleges and launching a programme of apprenticeships.
The company’s employees enjoy a friendly atmosphere, family-friendly working hours, and real opportunities for progression. Many employees have been working for the company for fifteen years or more – some in several different roles.

The open day will run from 10am-12.30pm on Wednesday 26th October and is open to all aged 16 or over. Visitors will have an opportunity to chat to the team, find out about the company, and take a tour of the large production facility, offices and showroom. Anyone who would like to just drop by and leave their CV is also most welcome.
