Westbury Junior school drama club performed Westbury’s premier of the musical ‘Porridge’ to a delighted audience of family and friends on 16th July.
The drama club have been rehearsing weekly since January. Miss Storr, one of the teachers of the drama club said, “We think this is the best production to date and we are extremely proud of the performance given by all of the children.”
The story centred around the three bears and their porridge empire and included many famous nursery rhyme characters. The acting and singing were second to none and the jokes kept the audience laughing.
