A charity quiz night organised by the Westbury Lions is set to bring local residents together for an evening of fun, friendly competition and fundraising next month.
The quiz night is taking place on Thursday 6th November at 7pm at the Leigh Park Community Centre.
Teams of up to six will compete across eight question rounds for a grand prize of £100.
“Tickets are just £10 per player, and your entry includes a hearty ploughman’s supper to keep you fuelled for the challenge,” said Stephen Clinch from the Westbury Lions.
“As well as the quiz, there’s plenty more to enjoy, including a licensed bar to keep the drinks flowing and a prize raffle with fabulous rewards up for grabs.
“Whether you’re a trivia pro or just in it for the laughs, this event is the perfect way to spend an evening with friends, all while supporting a fantastic cause.
“The atmosphere will be buzzing, so don’t miss your chance to be part of the fun!”
The money raised will support charities such as Westbury food bank, Stepping Stones and the St John Ambulance cadets, as well as help the Lions put on events such as Men’s Prostate Screening.
