A WESTBURY man was left speechless when his 65p competition ticket he’d bought for his wife won him a top-of-the-range Abarth 595 Competizione worth a cool five figures in leading online competition BOTB.

Leam Moulder, 35, was at work when BOTB’s Christian Williams turned up to let him know he’d scooped the £20,000 car in the firm’s weekly midweek car competition – plus it had £10,000 stuffed in its boot!
“I don’t believe it,” the father-of-two laughed. “This is crazy!”
The operations manager revealed he’d played for his wife who’s about to take her driving test.
“My wife Sian is currently learning to drive and was planning to get a Fiat 500,” he explained. “But being a petrolhead myself, I wanted her to get something a bit sportier which is why I started playing for the Abarth on BOTB.”
Sian, 29, and Leam have been married for four years and have two children together. Leam explained he’s only been playing BOTB for a few weeks. “I just can’t really believe it,” he laughed. “Thank you so much BOTB!”
But the surprise wasn’t finished there as Christian went on to reveal he also won £10,000 as part of the prize.
“That will be a huge help towards a house deposit,” he said. “We better get house hunting!”
BOTB hands over the keys to two stunning cars each week as well as a lifestyle prize. Other recent winners have bagged £15,000 cash, a holiday to Las Vegas and a gaming tech bundle.
The company, listed on the stock market, was founded by William Hindmarch in 1999 and has given away more than £37m-worth of cars so far.
BOTB’s Christian, who surprises winners every week, was thrilled to give Leam the good news: “The Abarth model is a fantastic car and I’m sure Leam’s wife Sian will be super happy with it. Massive congratulations once again!”
