Westbury & District Twinning Association is celebrating 25 years of Westbury’s twinning with Château-du-Loir, part of the commune of Montval-sur-Loir in France.
To mark the milestone, members of the association will travel to France in October to join their French counterparts in celebration.
“If there are any individuals, social groups or sports clubs who would like to meet like-minded people from France, please do get in touch,” said association member Norman Dew.
The group is also inviting residents to its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday 22nd February at 7pm at URC Church Hall.
“Anyone interested in finding out more about our group and what we do is welcome to come along or contact me,” Norman added. “After a short AGM, we will be holding a supper and social evening.”
