WESTBURY’S Remembrance Service will take place on Sunday, November 14th at 10.55am.
The Royal British Legion have organised the event alongside Westbury Town Council.
Wreath layers will be invited to lay their wreaths and can see the order of service and wreath laying order online at Westburytowncouncil. gov.uk. Any organisation that wishes to enquire about wreaths can contact the Royal British Legion at norman.f054@ gmail.com. The town council says, “This year, the wonderful youth groups of Westbury will be parading through the High Street and then lining up behind the war memorial. This is to ensure social distancing for elderly and vulnerable members of the public is possible at the front of the war memorial.
“We look forward to a safe and respectful ceremony led by the clergy of Westbury.”
