Hidden wildlife areas have been created within hedgerows around Westbury to provide animals with water and a safe space.
Rangers from Westbury Town Council created the water points to help encourage biodiversity in the town and support local wildlife during the warmer weather.
“These little pockets of nature offer shelter and protection for wildlife, making our shared spaces more welcoming for the creatures that call them home,” said a council spokesperson.
Rangers have also suggested that residents leave shallow dishes of water in their gardens to help local wildlife stay hydrated during the summer months.
