A team of nine members of staff from will be having their head shaved to raise money for Cancer Research UK.
Knees Home and Electrical staff at the Spitfire Retail Park in Trowbridge will have the chop to celebrate their store manager Louise Smith surviving cancer and to raise vital funds for charity.
Louise will also have her head shaved as part of a huge team effort. The big shave takes place on Saturday 27th September at 12noon and anyone can go to the store to see all nine staff members have their head shaved.
The charity event will also see Jo’s kitchen in store doing cupcakes and coffee for charitable donations. Wayne Palmer from Cow Parsley promoting Cancer Charities and Breeze radio on site.
Knees will also be starting a raffle on the day with it costing £1 a ticket with prizes valued at £2,500+ supplied by all their major manufacturers. They include a kingsize bed, Dyson cleaner, Morphy Richards food processor, Champagne, a Hamper and much more. The raffle tickets will be sold up to the 30th November and the draw is on the 1st December.
The store aim to raise £5,000 for Cancer Research UK.
