WESTBURY Visitor Centre is hosting a World War II exhibition.
The exhibition is currently on display and will continue over the coming weeks, in particular to help the town mark Remembrance day in November.
It has been compiled by local resident Tony Couldrake, who has been a collector since he was a boy.
Items on display range from uniforms, gas masks, clothing, photographs, and documents such as ration books. Subjects range from the home front to the RAF, Navy, and Fleet Air Arm.
The displays also have a number of mice hidden in them for children to find and count, with a certificate awarded for their efforts.
Westbury Visitor Centre is located in Westbury’s High Street and is open on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 10.00am-4.00pm; Wednesdays from 10.00am-1.00pm, and Saturdays from 10.00am-1.00pm. For more information contact the centre on 01373 825 784.
